Our "Therapy Botanics" Ikebana workshop offers a unique and immersive experience that combines the ancient Japanese art of flower arranging with therapeutic benefits for mind, body, and spirit.

Participants will engage in the mindful practice of Ikebana, which encourages deep focus, patience, and creativity through the careful selection and arrangement of natural materials.
